I’m not sure what all these negative reviews are about. I think it’s kind of generally understood that when you show up at an InstaCare, you’re gonna be waiting for a while. And while they do their best to estimate wait time, that depends on who walks in there before you and the complexity of their issues, tests, etc. ESTIMATED wait time is not an exact science. Imagine that. It just so happened that when I was here, my wait time was shorter than I expected. Everyone was polite, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in figuring out what was wrong and helping me get out of there as soon as they could. I had a good experience.

Very pleased with my providers, my medical care and the efficiency of the clinic's operations.

Went in for a pain in my elbow thinking that it might have been sprained. Was told that the wait time was 45 minutes, but that was fine because I brought homework to do. Maybe two minutes after I had sat down, I was taken back, weighed and measured and asked various questions. The gentleman that did this was rather brisk and could be taken as unsympathetic, possibly even rude. I was sat in a room were after waiting for a while longer, but only enough to get one statistics problem done, I was asked more in-depth questions and "tested" for mobility and pain in my elbow. An x-ray was recommended even though at the time I thought it was unnecessary. I was helped by a technician whom for one reason or another I got the impression that she was newer to the location, her name was Michelle. She made sure that my x-rays were done properly while making sure I was comfortable in addition to making some small conversation. After the X-rays I was taken back to my room and after not much time at all, the first woman entered and showed me that I actually had fractured a radial head. She told me that I would be in a splint and sling and to talk to Orthopedics in a week. It was not the news I was expecting, but at least the problem had been located. The technician, Michelle, was then asked to help me with my splint and sling. She was able to answer my questions about the effect on my daily routine, and once again helped me feel comfortable about the situation. I don't really know who this woman is, but she is awesome, and between her and the 40 minutes or more that I saved from the wait time, this place deserves four stars. I don't know if my story is anomalously good, based off of my interaction with the first gentleman it may well be, but my visit here was positive overall. I feel they did their job well. Someone needs to give Michelle a bonus. I don't think I ever got the name of the head lady that helped me, but I like her as well.

Came in for a strep test. Quick in and out that day. Friendly/professional nurse and doctor.

The Dr. was very through and sympathetic. The nurse was friendly. I would like to hear of my results of the strep test, vitals and X-ray.

Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Ferguson were great! I’m happy to finally be on the road to recovery from this aweful Strep.

Dr Chang is my primary care physician. I have been very impressed with her, and the Memorial Clinic. Everyone I have had contact with have been courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I have always been seen on time, and Dr Chang has spent as much time as I have needed to have my questions answered. I would highly recommend her, and the clinic.

I am very grateful to have Memorial Clinic for most if not all my health care needs. Even when I have to wait (as I am sure I would have to at most other clinics) I appreciate those areas where expected wait times for specific care providers are posted, such as is the case in pediatrics. I hope you will be adding this to internal medicine and the sleep study care provider areas.

I went to the Instacare at this location. After looking online and seeing that the current wait time was 50 minutes, I completed the online registration and was told to arrive at a certain time. I arrived 5 minutes prior to that time and was told I'd still have to wait another 45 minutes. What was the point of doing the online registration? Also, the gentleman who took my information at the front desk told me he needed my license and insurance card when I arrived (pretty typical). I provided that to him, but then he asked for my full social security number. First of all, I was already in the system, so I didn't see the reason he needed it. Secondly, he wanted me to say it out loud in a waiting room full of people. He didn't seem concerned, even though I knew full well that is a breach of HIPAA. I told him so and he suggested I write it down if that made me more comfortable. Perhaps they might want to reevaluate how they train their receptionists? Protecting patient information is a BIG DEAL and it bothers me when I see people treat it lightly. The only redeeming factor with my visit was the nurse and doctor I saw. They were fast, efficient, and caring. The care I received once past the front area was fantastic.

Dr Dimick is the best pediatrician we have ever been to! Even if we moved far away I would still want to take my kids to him. My kids absolutely love him and love going to to the doctors because of him. He is always so nice and polite and answers all of our questions and concerns. He is the best doctor ever! I totally recommend him to everyone!

We have seen a few doctors at this location and have had good experiences every time. All of the office staff are professional. Location is new, clean, and very nice. It has never been crowded when have been there.

Secretaries have always been respectful and cordial. I felt cared for here and like my needs were met! Wait times aren't bad either. Only improvement I'd say is just trying to reinforce a slightly more friendly staff in all areas!

Memorial Clinic is by far the best clinic I've ever been to. All of my doctors practice there and are the most professional, caring, easy to talk to doctors I think I've ever had. The receptionists are friendly and always greet me by name. I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic.

The pediatrician my daughter saw was so amazing, it would be 10 stars had the office staff been even remotely cordial. After being hassled for 10+ minutes on the phone I was finally able to get my sick daughter in to see a doctor. Apparently you have to go through an entire process and have an "established patient" visit before they will see your sick kid. They expect you to make a visit for nothing, just so they can claim you are an established patient. The woman on the phone treated me like i was an idiot for not knowing their "system". Then I got there and their entire front desk staff was THE WORST STAFF IN THE HISTORY OF DOCTOR OFFICES. I don't know who hired these women but they are bitter at life and basically bully you if you don't know every single thing about how their "system" works. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They care more about you being an established patient than they do about your child's health. Then we got in to see the doctor and the doctor WAS AMAZING! I LOVED HER! She spent so much time and talked to my daughter instead of me, she was very attentive and kind. I will return but only because I love the doctor, even if it means i have to deal with the sassy/rude service up front.

I'm not a patient at this facility. However, I came with my friend even though she didn't have an appointment she still received treatment within a timely manner. The staff here seem very professional and caring and they took the time to answer and address my friend's concerns. My friend is always treated with dignity and respect. So we're happy with the service that was provided.

We have had to take kids here on occasion, I have needed it once before and so has my wife, each time has sucked because we were sick... not because of the Dr's or staff. I went in today for a new Dr. meeting and it was pleasant. As pleasant as having a stranger look into your butt-crack can be! Overall, they did what they were supposed to. I appreciate that.

Anytime I took my kids to Dr. Frank Bentley, we felt important and like we were receiving all the attention and care expected by our pediatrician. He and his staff treated us like we were their biggest concern and cared for them beyond any other doctor's abilities. Dr. Bentley was my pediatrician from birth. He is the only pediatrician I would ever recommend to others. We consider him to be a part of our family. He has a wonderful practice!!
